About My Journey

When I was little, I was an adorable, mid-century baby, the last baby in a big, Irish Roman Catholic family. My family was liberal, intellectual, artsy, literary, and lived in Houston, Texas.

I had an unrestricted childhood that was the antidote to a lot of trauma. While I labeled it as lonely for many years, it also gave me the space to cultivate my abilities. Including my energetic awareness, psychic senses, touch healing capacities and to develop my relationship with my inner Knowingness and Guidance. 

In high school, I had severe headaches that would last 3 days. I discovered that if I worked on other people who had headaches, theirs and mine would go away. I was known for my healing touch as Hot Hands, by friends and their pets.

As it is in shamanic traditions, the traumas led to my seeking and finding modalities that helped heal me and that worked for thousands of others as well.

My free-range guidance system steered me clear of the well-known and mass-marketed modalities. Instead, it brought me people who had cultivated their own inner Knowing and had found access to ancient Mystery school tools, materials, and practices. And even a jazz musician that had perceived how the structural laws of harmonics, improvisation, and creating music could be used to create anything!

By following the energy and always going for the light, I not only healed and transformed my own traumas such as sexual abuse, financial abuse, and being erased. I also healed the genius coping patterns that were no longer helping but had in fact become detrimental to me. Such as fight, flight, people-pleasing, fawning, freezing, being confused, and self-doubt. I’ve transformed my whole life, inside and out. 

I’ve had the honor of working with thousands of people doing readings, healings, and teaching my renowned Core Energetic Awareness Classes, Spiritual Living Practice Program, and my Living the Magic of You annual coaching program, as well as single sessions, quarterly support packages, workshops and more.

Life isn’t about, “nothing ever goes wrong again,” or, “everything is perfect all the time.” Not only are those both unrealistic expectations, they also are perfect pictures. Perfect pictures are stagnant, unreal, unattainable, and dead, as in no life there. All perfect pictures cover the pain hidden underneath.

Life is about surfing the waves of energy, the ups and downs of what’s happening, knowing that you are in a dance with the Universe, your higher self, your sweet body, and everything. And when things get challenging or surprising, you have tools and processes, spiritual muscles if you like, you can depend on to help you navigate it all.
